Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner (10 Hours per Week)
Location: Elizabeth Park Centre
Contract: 6-Month Contract (with potential to become permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 9:30am (10 hours per week)
About the Role
Thurmaston Parish Council is looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and community users.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular cleaning duties throughout the Elizabeth Park Centre
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy, hygienic, and well-presented
- Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety guidelines
- Provide occasional cleaning cover at our other sites when required (overtime may be available)
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
- Willingness to provide occasional cover at other locations if needed
Contract Details
- 6-month contract
