Included in this price is access the evening before the day of the event for setting up along with access from 9AM the day of your function to continue setting up and for allowing vendors and caterers in. Your event can then start when you choose, with the onsite bar to open also which is fully staffed and licenced. Last orders at the bar are at 23:15, with the bar closing at 23:30. Your event would then finish at midnight, with yourselves, guests, caterers, décor and so on off the premises by 00:30.

Included in the price is exclusive use of the entire building and bar, use of kitchen facilities, free Wi-Fi, tables and chairs, dancefloor, serving room and so much more. Included in this price is up to 4 hours on the day of your function for setting up, decorating and for allowing vendors and caterers in. Your event will then start at your chosen time as discussed with the centre staff, and the onsite bar will open which is fully staffed and licenced. Your event would finish after a 6 hour party, with half an hour following the event for yourselves, your guests, décor and caterers to vacate the premises.

Day hire (Sunday)

Included in this price is access from 10:00AM the day of your function for setting up, decorating and for allowing vendors and caterers in. Your event will then start at your chosen time as discussed with the centre staff, and the onsite bar will open which is fully staffed and licenced. Last orders is at 15:45, with the bar closing at 16:00. Your event would also finish at 16:00, with yourselves, your guests, décor and caterers to vacate the premises by 17:00.

Additional Questions:

-What if I don’t want the bar?

Not a problem. We cater to a variety of different events and appreciate that a bar isn’t suited to all of them. Just let us know at the time of booking that you don’t wish to have the bar open, and the shutters will remain closed. However if you do wish to bring in your own soft drinks we do charge a corkage fee of £110.00 which allows you to bring in your own fizzy pop, juices, and so on.

We under no circumstances allow you to bring in your own alcohol, however. If you wish to have alcohol at your event then all products must be purchased from the Harriman Suite Bar.

-Do I have to clean up after the function is over?

Most of the cleaning will be done by our staff. However, we ask that the onsite kitchen is left as found. All personal belongings are to be removed from the hall at the end of your event. All third-party suppliers must return at the end of the event to remove their equipment. The hall must be cleared of equipment, decor and people by the time stated in your booking forms.

-Is smoking permitted onsite?

We allow smoking in the designated outdoor smoking areas. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

What is the capacity of Elizabeth Park Centre?

The maximum capacity for our main hall is 120 people seated. The building’s capacity overall is a maximum of 150 people. The main hall is 17.2 meters long by 9.5 meters wide.

Are there tables and chairs we can use?

Yes we provide tables and chairs. We have 120 banqueting hall style black chairs. We have 12 round tables which are 5 feet round, and 16 long trestle tables that are 6 feet by 2 foot 6 inches. All are included in the price of hiring the premises.

Currently we are unable to offer chair covers/table cloths or décor for the tables and chairs, however we do have companies we can recommend.
