What time can I access your venue?
This will ultimately depend on what price you have paid, for example all day hire allows access from 9am on that day, and an evening event would allow access from 3pm.
What do you provide at your venue?
We provide the venue to host your occasion a car park for your guests’ use of our kitchen, tables and chairs for guests (Not dressed) and use of our fully licensed and stocked bar. Depending on your function we also provide an indoor marquee.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited, failure to comply with this may result in your event being cancelled.
Can I bring my own soft drinks?
We do serve soft drinks in our bar however if you wish to bring your own soft drinks we allow this upon payment of a corkage fee which currently stands at £150.00.
What time do we have to finish?
On an evening event music must stop at midnight (no exceptions), due to licensing laws, we then ask that the premises are vacated by 12:30am.
Can we bring our own caterers?
Yes, you are allowed to bring in your own caterers as long as they can provide us with proof of insurance. They are free to use the oven(s) and facilities that we have to offer all that we ask is that your caterers leave the kitchen in the same way it was found (clean and tidy).
